Sean Loosen
Sean is a New Jersey native who graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a B.S. in Economics and Systems Engineering, and later served as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army, including a deployment to Iraq. After his military service, he worked in sales leadership roles in Rochester, NY, while earning an M.B.A. from the Simon School of Business. In 2020, he joined PDS as a consultant and was later named President, CEO & Owner in 2022.
Rob Yopps
Rob grew up near Milwaukee, WI, and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.S.B. in Management before commissioning as an aviation officer in the U.S. Army. After serving at Fort Campbell, KY and Ft. Irwin, CA, including deployment to Balad, Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Rob earned an M.B.A. from the Marshall School of Business at USC. He started working as a consultant with PDS in 2014. In 2022, Rob became a Vice President and Owner of PDS Optical.
Devon Del Purgatorio
Devon, originally from Brooklyn and raised in New Jersey, holds an M.B.A. from Ramapo University and attended Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. After working for a pharmaceutical marketing company as a Meeting Planner and Sourcing and Contracting Manager, she joined PDS part-time in 1998 and became a full-time Contract Manager in 2008. Devon now serves as the Chief Contracting Officer and Owner at PDS.
Steve Baker
Steve, a Kentucky Licensed Optician, attended Indiana University and the University of Louisville earning a B.S. in Business Administration. Beginning at the company at 20 years old, Steve has overseen the growth and acquisition of Korrect Optical and Premium Optics, making them some of the largest independent optical labs in the United States. He has also expanded the VA Optical Shop concept from a handful of locations to hundreds. Hailing from Louisville KY, Steve has nearly 4 decades of optical experience.
